Site terms

Plain terms for using Dialmark. By reading the site you accept them.

1. Who we are

Dialmark is published by TwoTwoSix Pty Ltd, ABN 42 608 482 506, 7 Roma Parade, Upwey VIC 3158, Australia. Full details are on the legal entity page.

2. General information only

The articles here are general information about luggage locks, airline conditions and found property. They are not legal, security, insurance or travel advice and do not take your circumstances into account. A lock deters casual interference; it does not make a bag or its contents safe, and the site does not claim otherwise. For advice on a particular situation, ask the airline, your insurer, NSW Police or a lawyer.

3. Accuracy

We check figures against the sources linked on each page and read them in 2026. Airline limits, prices and laws change, and a page may be out of date before we notice. Check the current version of any rule before you travel or buy, and tell us at info@eminarak.com if something is wrong.

4. Links, sellers and commission

The site contains links to other websites. Some are affiliate links: if you buy after following one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links are labelled. The seller, Amazon Australia for the featured case, is a separate company. Its listing sets the price, stock, delivery and returns, and any contract you make is with the seller, not with us. We do not control the content of other websites and are not responsible for it.

5. Prices

Prices on this site are rounded guides read on a seller’s listing at a point in time. The listing shows the price you will actually pay.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams and images on Dialmark belong to TwoTwoSix Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may read the site and quote short extracts with a link back. You may not copy the site or republish its pages without our written permission. Product names belong to their owners, and no connection with them is implied.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site, or from a purchase, journey or find that you act on after reading it. This does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes the protection of the consumer law where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the day it appears. Reviewed October 2026.
